Free Shipping (Worldwide)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of USD $30 or more (after discounts, before taxes and fees) to all countries we ship to worldwide.
• The offer applies to Standard service only. Express or Expedited options are excluded.
• Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are not covered by this offer.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-order items ship on or about the date shown on the product page.

Rates for Orders Under USD $30

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)

• USA: 5–10 business days
• Canada / UK / EU: 7–15 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Times are estimates and may vary due to customs, remote locations, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. If marked Delivered but not received, check with neighbors and the carrier; contact us within 7 days if unresolved.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, and fees upon arrival. We cannot control or predict these charges.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

Email us within 2 hours of ordering to request address changes. Undeliverable or refused shipments may be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping and processing fees where applicable.

Restrictions

Certain PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote regions may require specific services or additional time. If a location is temporarily unserviceable, we will contact you with options.
