Free Shipping (Worldwide)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of USD $30+ (after discounts, before taxes/fees) to all destinations we ship to.
- Offer applies to Standard service; Express/Expedited options are excluded.
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are not included in this offer.
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Pre-orders ship on or about the date shown on the product page.
- During peak periods or promotions, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.
Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Canada / UK / EU: 7–15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Carriers & Service Levels
We partner with reputable carriers and may ship from multiple facilities. We may upgrade or split shipments at no extra cost if it improves delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- If a shipment is marked Delivered but not received, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
- Signature on delivery may be available at checkout for an additional fee (where supported).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International recipients are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT/GST, and fees upon arrival.
- We cannot control or predict these charges; contact your local customs office for details.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please enter a complete, deliverable address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Email us within 2 hours of placing your order to request an address change. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Parcels
- Undeliverable or refused shipments may be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus outbound shipping and processing fees where applicable.
- If the parcel is returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we can reship after those fees are cleared or issue a refund less shipping/fees per our policy.
Restrictions
- Certain PO Boxes, military addresses, or remote regions may require specific services or additional time.
- Some beauty items (e.g., pressurized aerosols or flammable products) may be restricted to ground shipping or unavailable to certain destinations by law or carrier policy.
- If a location is temporarily unserviceable, we will contact you with options (hold, change of address, or refund).
Partial Shipments & Backorders
- To avoid delays, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund or offer alternatives.
