Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene and beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective or required by local law.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable items
  • Final-sale items
  • Samples or free gifts

Return Process

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees and any duties/taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Promotions & Free Shipping Adjustments

  • If a return brings the net merchandise subtotal below USD $30, the original order no longer qualifies for free shipping. We may deduct our standard outbound shipping cost from the refund.
  • For promotions such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free,” the free item must be returned with the paid items. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

For the fastest replacement, place a new order and return the original following the process above.

EU/UK Consumers

Where mandatory local consumer laws provide additional rights (such as a statutory cooling-off period), those rights will be honored.
