Return Window & Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- For hygiene/beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective or required by local law.
- Keep original accessories, safety seals, inserts, and gifts-with-purchase together with the item.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Packaging damage alone without product damage may not qualify.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable items
- Final-sale items (as labeled at purchase)
- Samples or free gifts
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email info@soiderjanelros.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.
- We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return address, and packing instructions.
- Use the provided label (where available) or ship using a trackable service; keep your receipt. COD/“Return to Sender” packages are not accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any carrier fees.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees and any duties/taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
- If the returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to transit, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return and send the item back.
Promotions, Bundles & Free Shipping Adjustments
- Free shipping threshold: If a return brings the net merchandise subtotal below USD $30, the order no longer qualifies for free shipping. We may deduct our standard outbound shipping cost from the refund.
- Buy X Get Y (e.g., “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” / “Buy 3 Get 2 Free”): The free item(s) must be returned with the paid items. Otherwise, the value of the free item(s) will be deducted from the refund.
- Bundles/sets: Return the full bundle/set for a full refund. Partial returns may receive a prorated refund or be ineligible, depending on the offer terms.
- Discount codes and promotional pricing are time-limited and cannot be reinstated on exchanges placed after the promotion ends.
Exchanges
For the fastest replacement, place a new order and return the original following the process above. If an exchange is requested for a defective or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any import/export charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees; we are not responsible for duties/taxes assessed on returns.
EU/UK Consumers
Where mandatory local consumer laws provide additional rights (such as a statutory cooling-off period), those rights will be honored. Instructions on exercising those rights are available upon request.
